From successful small business owner to portfolio landlord and developer.

Harvey Gora has spent the last decade building a property portfolio and developing sites by enhancing their usage to provide high quality contemporary homes. 

An accomplished entrepreneur, once known in the pet industry as “The Dog Bed Man”, he certainly knows how to scale a business effectively. Prior to launching into the property world, Harvey spent over a decade transforming his family’s clothing manufacturing company into a successful pet accessories wholesale business, by forging loyal relationships with independent pet shop owners and focusing on delivering what customers need.

Harvey graduated from Manchester University with BA (Hons) in Economics, Accounting and Finance and later qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA). With a professional background, he has an acute understanding of financial fundamentals and is able to apply them to drive performance with a unique hands-on approach.

Having grown a number of businesses and helping other businesses to grow Harvey has applied his wealth of experience to property with the vision of enabling his wife, Ranjit, to be able to chose to give up work and spend much of their time with family.

We have done a number of property strategies, including SA for 3 years, R2R, co-living, and multi-unit blocks. We will continually adapt to the market and look to do larger developments”.

From primary school teacher to portfolio landlord and developer.

Ranjit and Harvey built up a portfolio of single lets, co-living shared houses and multi unit block schemes over the last 10 years. Starting with smaller developments and undergoing a number of in depth property development training courses they now have the knowledge, experience and team behind them to scale up with a clear focus on commercial to residential, barn conversions and new builds.

After graduating in Science, Ranjit, did a PGCE and went on to becoming a primary school teacher for 20 years. Having climbed up the ladder as far as she could, Ranjit, felt it was time to put her skills of meticulous planning, processes and systemisation into developing property.
