About us

Property Doctors was founded by Harvey and Ranjit Gora in 2016 and have built up a team of property professionals who utilise our local expertise, experience and knowledge to find opportunities with potential for planning gain and, or uplift through creative Permitted Development (PD) rights.

We then work closely with a reliable build team to build out the project to a meticulously planned specification.

Our key to success has been our team. We each are experts in our field, covering a diverse range of disciplines within property development. We have a clear strategy on knowing when to buy, where to buy and what type of development to secure.

All our developments are within the West Midlands and as a local company, we understand the needs of our community. We have developed a number of single lets and co-living shared houses and currently working on a multi-unit block of flats. To date we have retained ownership of our properties for long-term rental which has certainly helped our tenants find good quality contemporary homes at affordable rents.

Over the last decade we have gradually built up our portfolio and the developments have progressively got larger. To further scale our business our aim is to secure sites with the potential for 8-20 units. We also have a love for character buildings and are looking to build new high end eco-sustainable homes in the style of old barns. Watch this space.
